Mr. P K Samal
Managing Director
P K SAMAL, is a techno-management person with over 20 years of extensive experience in strategy planning, liason, international & national tie-ups in different areas, and operations management. He is the person behind setting up Lancaster University, UK in India.
He is in the lead role as Director, Strategic Planning for tieing up with Politecnico Di Milano university, Italy.
He is Instrumental in setting up G.D Goenka University and also tieing up with polytechnico Di Milano, Lee Curdun Blue France, and Lancaster University U.K. He established G.D Goenka World School as Director Strategy Planning. He has also experience in other industries like construction, Five Star Hotels, and big-branded factories.
Bala K. R. Balachandran is a professor of accounting and operations management at New York University Stern School of Business. He teaches courses in management accounting, management control systems and financial accounting.
Professor Balachandran joined Stern in 1979. His primary areas of research include optimal operation of service systems, incentive contracts and mechanisms, transfer pricing determinations, the conceptualization of unused capacities and their optimal utilization, warranty contracts, quality enhancement programs and reporting, activity based costing systems business measurement systems and optimal performance evaluations.
Professor Balachandran has written and published more than 65 articles in leading academic journals of economics, accounting and management science.

He held management positions in Micromax Mobiles, Zen Mobiles & Videocon Mobiles. With his two decade-long experience in mobile handset procurement, supply-chain management, production and sales and distribution.
He belongs to a Political family – his grandfather Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, was the 2nd Prime Minister of India.
His father Shri. Sunil Shastri is actively involved in politics for last 42 years and has been a Minister and Member of Parliament, currently, he is a senior member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) the ruling party of India.

Jyotirmoy ‘Jyoti’ Bose has over 20 years of diverse exposure across the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Information Technology, Consulting & Media industries.
He also served as a Director and President at Bennett Advisory Services at the Times Group.

Bharat Sarath is a professor, accounting and business systems at Rutgers business school, Greater New York City, USA.
Prior to Rutgers business school, he was associated as a Professor with Baruch College and NYU Stern School of Business.

She has worn many hats throughout her teaching career as a curriculum coordinator, Head of school and Ib coordinator in some of the reputed Ib, IGCSE and CBSE schools in India. She has done cat 2 ib training and holds certification from Harvard in educational leadership.

He has held senior level positions in Marketing and General Management in Mekaster Group, MDS Switchgears Ltd (now Legrand), including one year in New York, US. His academic experience covers teaching and research at XLRI, Jamshedpur from 1978 to 1982, and at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2004.

After earning his Ph.D. from Munich, Germany, he was offered various positions to work in the United States by a Special Projects Office set up by USA in Germany. He retired from the US Department of Commerce as Director of Capital Goods in Export Administration. Dr. Dhir has extensive experience in providing international commerce consulting services to U.S. companies in international commerce.

Mr. Frank Joseph Victor has pioneered himself in British Education Promotion in India and has established Regional Offices for UK Universities and Educational Companies.
Mr. Victor is the first Consultant in India to conceptualize and establish a Regional Office for a UK University (University of Leeds) and Regional Office for a UK based educational company (Study Group). Mr. Victor has the distinction of being the only Indian member of the Society of Education Consultants (SEC), UK.
Mr. Vijay Gupta

Dr. Vijay Gupta is a B.Tech graduate from IIT Delhi. He has completed his Ph.D from the University of Minnesota, USA.
